WhatsApp Business API (official Meta-verified), Instagram DMs, and Facebook Messenger. All three can be unified into a single AI agent, so customers get the same experience regardless of channel.

Can the chatbot speak Mandarin?

Yes. We support English, Mandarin (Simplified and Traditional), Malay, Tamil, and other languages on request. The AI detects the customer's language automatically and responds in kind.
